Due to sanitary purposes wigs are final sale. Ms. Jackson wigs is not responsible for errors in measurements. If you are not satisfied with your wig you may return it within 7 days a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from you total sale price which will be refunded to you within 14 business days from the reception of the wig. Funds will be refunded after thorough inspection of the wig as long as wigs have not been combed, styled and with out chemical or products. Ms. Jackson wigs is not responsible for shipping costs. Once an order is placed the order is final, alterations or measurements cannot be made.
